Boosie Badazz was said to have been arrested after his interview soundbites about pop culture controversies went viral.
Since VladTV released clips of his interview with the controversial Rap Icon, the rapper’s profile has risen, but news of his arrest has also spread across social media.
According to a report by The Shade Room, Boosie was arrested and released today (October 12) at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, according to the report.
In accordance with the report, this arrest was linked to a concert-related incident in Atlanta.
After an event promoter filed charges against Boosie, the rapper allegedly turned himself in to law enforcement officers. According to reports, Boosie is accused of “inciting a riot and destruction of property.”
“When Legendsz of the South performed in Atlanta, Boosie got into a fight with a fan. Following his entrance, things went from bad to worse as an altercation erupted, forcing him to leave the stage.”
Boosie was kicked off the Legendz of the Streetz tour after an altercation with a security guard, which we previously covered.
As a result of the mayhem that erupted on stage, a video of Boosie Badazz being rushed to safety went viral.
Officers were summoned after the promoter claimed that Boosie and his team had allegedly destroyed property belonging to both the production company and the venue, according to TMZ.
