Kanye West Says Signing Big Sean Was The ‘Worst Thing He Ever Did’

Kanye West is not one to hold back when it comes to speaking his mind. In a recent “Drink Champs” interview, the rapper made some bold statements, admitting that signing Big Sean was the “worst thing I’ve ever done.”

During the interview, N.O.R.E. asked the “Good Music” founder who he would choose between Sean and Pusha T, to which Ye quickly got up from his seat and grabbed an imitation tombstone with the words RIP written on it.

“I’ve already decided that when I die, my tombstone will say, ‘I deserve to be here, signed Big Sean,'” he added.

The 44-year-old rapper’s response perplexed the host, who repeated their question in an attempt to gain clarity. West responded, “No, I’m saying the worst thing I’ve ever done was sign Big Sean.”

“That’s a beautiful thing,” N.O.R.E. said. However, the Queens, New York native misheard Ye’s response and mistook it for him saying that signing Big Sean was the “best thing” Kanye had ever done.

So Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband continued, “Nah, look, I know this man’s mama,” Kanye said, referring to Big Sean and John Legend, both of whom were previously signed to “Good Music.” “I’ve influenced this man’s family.”

And when I ran for office, both John Legend and Big Sean were quickly used by the Democrats to come after the boy who actually changed their lives, and that’s some sell out shit.

And I don’t rock with either of them, so please accept my apologies… “n**gas is terrified.”

Big Sean was apparently asked to appear on the show for a chat before the episode aired, which led him to believe Kanye said something about him on the show.

“I just got asked to be on the next Drink Champs, so I’m assuming Ye talkingin crazy,” Sean wrote on Twitter.

Sean returned to Twitter after hearing what Ye said on the show and posted a slew of laughing emojis.

He soon shared a photo with Ye with the caption, “Was just wit this man, he ain’t say none of that!!!” And this was following the interview! “I’m dying of laughter at you.”

Sean concluded his Twitter rant with the words “can’t wait to go on drink champs,” implying that he wanted to tell his side of the story.
