Following a relapse, Kelly Osbourne claims that the year 2021 has been “the toughest year” of her life.
The former “Fashion Police” actress, 37, confessed to the crime on Instagram Stories on Tuesday, adding, “I was compliantly and completely shattered” as part of her admission.
“I am still piecing myself back together again,” she said. “I’m overjoyed. I am in good health. That should be the only thing that matters.”
The reply was sent in response to an email Osbourne had received from the National Enquirer earlier in the day.
An alleged request for feedback from the magazine was seen in a screenshot posted to Osbourne’s Instagram Stories, and she reportedly responded by asking for her thoughts on an inappropriate piece the newspaper planned to publish.
According to the report, she has gained “a considerable amount of weight after slimming down dramatically earlier this year” and has been “coping with the stress of her recurrence by overindulging in food.”
At the conclusion of the email, it was requested that Osbourne respond personally if she desired to remark, and that she include editor-in-chief Dan Dolan in her response.
“This is something that I have to deal with on a daily basis,” Osbourne added further. “Please feel free to contact Dan through email and express your thoughts about them fat shaming me.”
Osbourne previously discussed her relapse when appearing as a guest on Jada Pinkett Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris’ talk show “Red Table Talk.”
A couple sharing a drink of champagne by a pool one day sparked a relapse for the TV star, who claimed she had “made it all the way through the epidemic” before relapsing.
“I was thinking to myself, ‘Oh, I can do that, too,'” she reminisced. After that, I had two glasses of wine the following day, and the day after that, it was bottles.
Dolan did not respond to MM’s request for a comment.
