Details about how 6ix9ine responded to being robbed and kidnapped last summer appear to have surfaced in new court documents.

In documents seen by MM on Monday afternoon (Aug. 5), U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman says that a cooperating witness labelled as “CW-2” will be testifying about the July 22, 2018 robbery of a Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods member.

That is the same day 6ix9ine was robbed and kidnapped after a video shoot last summer, and the rapper is known to have been a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang.

Reputed Nine Trey member Anthony “Harv” Ellison and another Nine Trey member, who’s name wasn’t included, are listed in the docs as the two people that robbed and kidnapped CW-2. Prosecutors say that 6ix9ine’s former manager, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, told CW-2 that Jordan had to retaliate for the sake of their collective image.

“During that recorded conversation, which happened on or about July 26, 2018, Jordan told CW-2, in sum and substance, by allowing himself to get robbed by Ellison, CW-2 made them look weak and that CW-2 had put Jordan in the position of having to murder in retaliation for the robbery of CW-2,” reads one part of the document. “Moreover, CW-2 will testify about a conversation that CW-2 had with Jordan after the July 22, 2018 robbery, in which CW-2 told Jordan that CW-2 would pay $50,000 to any who murdered Ellison.”

In addition, CW-2 will also testify about conversations he had with Jordan and co-defendant Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones after the robbery, including “a conversation that took place as Jordan and Jones brought an assault rifle to CW-2’s house for protection after the robbery.”

As of now, all but two of the 11 people charged in Tekashi’s federal racketeering case have pleaded guilty. The only people who haven’t entered a guilty plea are Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.

6ix9ine’s federal racketeering case is scheduled to go to trial on Sept. 9.
