Tracy Morgan took a jab at Jussie Smollett on Monday night in a joke about landing a role on “Empire” where “all I gotta do is not fake a hate crime.”

The comedian’s quips over the singer-actor’s alleged hoax hate crime attack came early on in his appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

“Yeah, they gave me a role on ‘Empire,’” Morgan started off. “Contractually, they gave me millions of dollars. Contractually, all I gotta do is not fake a hate crime.”

Then he added for emphasis, “Jussie!”

Morgan continued to poke holes in Smollett’s claims that he was attacked amid sub-zero temperatures in Chicago in late January.

“C’mon. First of all, racist people don’t be jumping nobody in the polar vortex,” Morgan joked. “‘It’s too cold, we be racist in the spring.’”

He also riffed off Smollett’s late-night Subway run just before the supposed attack happened.

“He didn’t let that Subway sandwich go!” Morgan said.
